In the upcoming episode of her podcast What The Hell Navya, Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter will be seen discussing social media trolling with her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan. On Wednesday, the makers dropped a new promo in which Jaya was seen schooling trolls. The veteran actress challenged them to speak to her in person if they had the courage.
“If you want to comment, then comment positively. But no, you just give your verdict,” Jaya said in the promo. When Navya Nanda mentioned that most of these social media trolls might not even dare to speak if they sit in front of Jaya, the actress added, “They won’t have the courage.” This left Navya and Shweta laughing when the former also added, “With you, definitely not.” Later in the promo, Jaya challenged trolls to talk about real issues. “If you are actually brave, then comment on actual issues and show your face,” she said. For those unversed, Navya Nanda started her podcast journey on YouTube in 2002 with ‘What The Hell Navya’. In her podcast, she, along with grandmother Jaya Bachchan and mom Shweta talks about issues women face in society. The episodes can be found on Navya’s YouTube Channel. The podcast was created by IVM Podcasts and empowered by Bumble India.
Recently, Navya’s brother Agastya Nanda also graced her podcast when The Archies star talked about his spiritual beliefs and said, “When I started acting, doing my first film, I was like, ‘I don’t know what I’m going to do, if I’m going to do well, if people are going to like me, if they’ll think I’m bad.’ There are so many things. I did my best, and I was like, ‘God, I leave it up to you.’ I have to keep faith in something beyond me. Whoever you believe in, whether it’s God, or energy. If you just pass on that burden, it relieves you.”
