Madhuri Dixit And Dr Shriram Nene Get Mobbed Outside Siddhivinayak Temple As They Offer Prayers; Watch

On the occasion of the new year, veteran actress Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr Shriram Nene were seen making their way to Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak temple to offer prayers to Lord Ganpati. As they made their way through the gates, they were mobbed by fans. The paparazzi captured them on Tuesday morning.

Madhuri looked gorgeous in a peach floral anarkali dress. With her wavy locks kept loose, the actress completed her look with black sunnies. Dr Shriram, on the other hand, looked elegant in a maroon kurta. Post their darshan, they posed for the shutterbugs outside the temple. The actress briefly interacted with the media and soon left the premises.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Madhuri and her husband made their debut as producers for the upcoming Marathi film Panchak, which is all set to hit the screens on January 5.

Earlier last year, they posted a picture posing with the cast and crew of the film and captioned the post, “Just got done with the trailer launch for our new film, Panchak. It was awesome seeing the cast and crew again! Can’t wait for you to see it on Jan 5 in the theatres”.

Directed by Jayant Jathar and Rahul Awate, the film earned acclaim, receiving a standing ovation at the Pune International Film Festival (PIFF). Touted to be a dark comedy, the film stars an ensemble cast of the finest artists of the Marathi film, television, and theatre industries. It is filmed against the picturesque backdrop of Konkan.

Coming back to Madhuri, she was last seen in the web series The Fame Game and a web film titled Maja Ma. According to reports, the actress is all set to make her return to the screen alongside Anil Kapoor in the fourth installment of a film directed by Indra Kumar.
