Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s daughter Ira Khan got married to her boyfriend Nupur Shikhare on Wednesday, January 10. After a registration ceremony in Mumbai on January 3, the couple held a ‘white wedding’ in Udaipur on Wednesday. Aamir is hosting a grand reception for his Bollywood colleagues and friends at the BKC Jio Centre today. And in attendance, of course, are his Bollywood colleagues and friends.

In an iconic moment, veteran actresses Rekha and Hema Malini entered the reception hand in hand, later joined by Saira Banu. Rekha looked stunning in her signature pink Kanjeevaram saree, adorned with beautiful jasmine flowers in her bun and heavy traditional jewellery. Hema appeared lovely in a lavender satin-finish saree. The two actresses had their arms around each other as they posed. Rekha even planted a kiss on Hema Malini’s cheeks. Hema Malini and Rekha have done nine films together which include, Dharmatma, Palkon Ki Chaon Mein, Jaan Hatheli Pe, Apne Apne and more recently Sadiyaan to name a few.

The frame was completed when they were joined by Saira Banu, as they made their way into the venue. The veteran actress looked beautiful in a blue traditional salwar suit. The video is now going viral on the internet.

Ira Khan, the daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, is the founder and CEO of Agatsu Foundation, an organisation dedicated to mental health support. Meanwhile, Nupur Shikhare is a recognised fitness coach, consultant, and athlete. They met when Nupur had come to train Aamir for a shoot. As the festivities kicked off, Aamir was spotted with made an appearance alongside daughter Ira, son-in-law Nupur, son Junaid Khan, ex-wife Reena Dutta.
