Triptii Dimri played the role of Zoya in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. She has become a national sensation with her stellar performance in the film. Earlier this week, IMDb released the weekly edition of the “Popular Indian Celebrities Feature” and Triptii Dimri topped the list. She was followed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Other celebrities on the list included The Archies star Suhana Khan and Kushi Kapoor, director Zoya Akhtar, Dunki director Rajkumar Hirani and Yash.
Previously, it was reported that the actress has gained two million new Instagram followers over the last few days. As reported by India Today, Triptii’s follower count increased by 320 per cent in December 2023. The actress, who had 6 lakh followers until last month, now enjoys a following of 2.7 million.
Meanwhile, Tripti will soon be sharing the screen with Vicky Kaushal for a rom-com which Bandish Bandits fame director Anand Tiwari will direct. Last year, the two actors were in Croatia where they shot a romantic song for the film. The title and release date of the movie has not been announced as of now.
