Zindagi Tere Naam Song: Yodha Sidharth Malhotra Romances Rashii Khanna, Song To Be Out On THIS Date

Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming film Yodha has created a lot of anticipation among fans. After the teaser of the film was released recently, they have been eagerly waiting for more assets of the film to drop. Seems like their wait is about to be over as Karan Johar has announced that the film’s new song, Zindagi Tere Naam, will be released on February 24.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Karan shared a teaser of the song with the caption, May we say…love is in the ‘air’ with the first song of Yodha – #ZindagiTereNaam coming out on 24th February!❤️.” The song will feature Sidharth with Rashii Khanna.

Earlier today, Karan posted on Instagram, “A history of bonafide swoon-worthy love songs with the one & only @sidmalhotra…expressing every emotion of love felt. And a new one coming soon….!! #ZindagiTereNaam❤️ #Yodha in cinemas March 15.” Karan shared glimpses of Sidharth’s previous love songs to show the ‘stages of falling in love’.

In the photos shared by Karan, Sidharth could be seen as his avatars in the films Baar Baar Dekho, Student of the Year, Hassee Toh Phasee, Kapoor and Sons and Shershaah. Karan shared that while the songs from these films depicted the five stages of falling in love, the new song Zindagi Tere Naam will showcase the sixth stage.

Speaking about the film, Karan said in a statement, “A special film like Yodha deserves a historic moment, one that makes waves through time. It’s an out-and-out actioner. At the same time, it’s edgy, it’s slick, and most importantly, it’s infused with the right amount of drama and thrill. Sid perfectly embodies the demeanour of an action hero. With YODHA, he has gone full throttle as the action hero of new India.”

Besides Sidharth, the film also stars Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna in lead roles. The film is touted to be a one-of-a-kind action entertainer. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on March 15 this year.
