Here are some super refreshing and super easy to make zero proof drinks to beat the October heat

Here are some super refreshing and super easy to make zero proof drinks to beat the October heat (also could be used for Sober October) by Siddharth Saraf, co-founder, Vaum Tonics

Cucumber Mint Spritzer :

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

1 Tbsp Honey and Juice of 2 limes

Ice cubes

250 ml Vaum Cucumber Mint Botanical Water

Method:

  1. Place the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a blender.
  2. Add honey, lime juice, and cold water to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or a tall glass.
  5. Serve over ice cubes, garnished with mint leaves and cucumber slices.
  6. Top off with Vaum™ Cucumber Mint Botanical Water

Mango Fig Iced Tea recipe

 Ingredients:

2 tea bags (black, green, or herbal)

1 cup boiling water

250ml Vaum mango fig botanical water

Ice cubes

Optional: fresh fig leaves and lime wedge for garnish

Method:

  1. Steep 2 tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for the recommended time, then remove and chill in the fridge.
  2. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  3. Pour chilled tea into glasses, filling about two-thirds full.
  4. Top with Vaum™ Mango fig botanical water to taste.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh fig leaves and lime wedges if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Mango Fig Iced Tea!

Zero-Proof Paloma ( a refreshing and alcohol-free version of the classic cocktail )

Ingredients:

1/2 cup grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed is best)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons agave nectar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

250ml Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary botanical water

Ice cubes

Grapefruit or lime slice for garnish (optional)

Salt or Tajin seasoning for rimming the glass (optional)

Method:

  1. Rim the glass with Salt or Tajin seasoning. To do this, rub the rim of the glass with a wedge of grapefruit or lime, then dip it into a shallow plate with salt or Tajin.

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  1. In the glass, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar or simple syrup. Stir well to mix.

  1. Top off the glass with Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary Botanical Water

  1. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  1. If desired, garnish the drink with a slice of grapefruit or lime.

  1. Serve your Zero-Proof Paloma and enjoy
