Noida Schools Closed Today, Tomorrow Due to UP International Trade Show and Moto G
District Magistrate Manish Verma announced the holidays to ensure that students and parents experience no inconvenience due to the security and traffic arrangements

All schools in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh have been instructed to remain closed today, September 21, after 2 pm. In addition, all district schools will be closed tomorrow, September 22, for the whole day. This directive, which will be implemented in all schools from classes 1 10 12, has been issued in response to the Greater Noida area’s hosting of the UP International Trade Show and the Moto G.

The District School Inspector has issued an order detailing that the UP International Trade Show and Moto G will be held from September 21 to September 25. There will be a large number of individuals attending the programmes throughout this time period. As a result, holidays have been announced for schools to prevent disturbance to both students and their parents in light of the traffic and law and order system put in place.

“A huge turnout of visitors and spectators is expected during these events,” district inspector of schools Dharmveer Singh stated. In accordance with the directives issued by District Magistrate Manish Verma, the orders have been passed to ensure that the students and their parents experience no inconvenience due to the crowd’s potential, as well as due to the law, security arrangements, and traffic arrangements.

This directive will be effective throughout the whole Gautam Nagar Buddha district, which includes Dadri, Greater Noida, and Noida. In Noida, restrictions under CrPC section 144 have already been implemented, prohibiting the use of private drones and restricting the gathering of large crowds. To ease traffic on major highways throughout Noida and Greater Noida, extensive traffic diversion plans have also been established.

Daily attendance at the aforementioned programmes is anticipated to exceed one lakh individuals. The Moto GP race will be held at Buddha International Circuit from September 22 to 24, while the international trade expo will be hosted at Greater Noida Expo Mart from September 21 to 25.
