New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh has accused Anna Hazare, saying he is a mask of all anti-Congress parties and is being backed by the BJP.
Speaking in Agra, Singh said, "The BJP intends to put up Hazare as the presidential candidate of all anti-Congress parties. Anna Hazare is a mask of all anti-Congress parties."
Singh, who has in the past alleged openly about Anna Hazare and RSS link, had earlier said that Hazare's movement had the support of the RSS.
Taking its anti-corruption campaign to the next level, Team Anna on Sunday launched a blistering attack on the Congress asking the people not to vote for the party in the Lok Sabha by-poll scheduled to be held on October 13.
Team Anna is calling on the people to show Congress the door because the party has not given a written support for the Jan Lokpal Bill.
