17. Dungargarh is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Bikaner (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Dungargarh falls in Bikaner district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,29,632 voters in the seat, which includes 1,21,219 male voters, and 1,08,413 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Dungargarh recorded a voter turnout of 77.04%. In 2013 the turnout was 79.09%, and in 2008 it was 71%.

In 2013, Kishana Ram of BJP won the seat by a margin of 16,202 votes (10.42%). Kishana Ram secured 50.34% of the total votes polled.

INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 10,618 votes (8.71%), registering 45.03% of the total votes polled.
