High level of satisfaction found among Apple Watch owners: Survey
Customer satisfaction was found to reach 97 per cent -- adding together the 66 per cent who said they were "very satisfied/delighted" and the 31 per cent who said they were "somewhat satisfied" with the smartwatch.

Research company Wristly reports a 97 per cent satisfaction rate among early adopters of the Apple Watch.

Wristly has created a panel of 1,000 owners specifically to provide research on the Apple Watch. Of that panel, 800 responded to a survey that was published on July 19.

Customer satisfaction was found to reach 97 per cent -- adding together the 66 per cent who said they were "very satisfied/delighted" and the 31 per cent who said they were "somewhat satisfied" with the smartwatch.

Wristly's panel consists of app builders, tech insiders, non-tech users and members of the media or investors, with the majority made up by non-tech users, followed by tech insiders.

Of the group, 73 per cent said they thought the Apple Watch was "a good value, worth what it costs," while 14 per cent through it was a very good value and 12 per cent thought it was a poor value. Values were rated significantly higher by those with the standard Apple Watch rather than the Sports version, notes Wristly.

In rating the various features of the smartwatch, users gave especially high marks for build quality/durability and aesthetics/design, while performance (speed/battery) and help/support rated lowest.
