Samsung has finally made it’s the 2016 edition of its Galaxy A8 smartphone official. The smartphone offers a 5.7-inch AMOLED Full HD display and comes in a metal unibody design. However, the new Galaxy A8 (2016) looks similar to the older A8 model.
On the hardware front, the device is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with support for 256GB microSD card.
The Galaxy A8(2016) sports a 16MP rear camera along with an 8MP front camera. It runs Android Marshmallow-based Grace UX- the interface which is only available in the latest Galaxy Note 7. It is backed by a 3,300mAh battery.
While there is no word on the availability of the smartphone in India, the device is expected to be launched later.
