A customer in Bengaluru placed an order at 8:00 AM and received the new iPhone 16 at 8:07 AM at her doorstep. The viral X post reads, “Today’s the day! At 8:00 am, the first iPhone 16 order hit Bigbasket Now. By 8:07 am, it was in our customer’s hands. Yes, just 7 minutes from checkout to unboxing! We’re now serving more than groceries before you finish your morning coffee. Stay tuned, big things are on the way!”

The viral X post has received above 92K views and numbers are still increasing. Many users expressed their thoughts in the comments section of the post. “Awesome! Looking forward to using this,” wrote a user. “Wow.. this is the first time I’ve seen someone buying an iPhone through instant delivery,” expressed a second. “That’s crazy! BigBasket is on another level!” appreciated a third.

Earlier today, Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa announced on X (formerly Twitter) that sales are set to surpass the 300 mark and that it would be “one crazy day”. He took to his X account @albinder and wrote, “We are partnering with Unicorn Infosolutions (the largest Apple Premium Partner in India) for the third year in a row to make the latest iPhone available. Customers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Lucknow can get an iPhone 16 delivered within minutes. While Blinkit will handle the delivery, Unicorn provides discounts on select cards and offers EMI options, too.”
