Despite the intense verbal argument, the matter did not escalate to a physical fight.

Arguments over parking space are not an uncommon thing, but now a bizarre video showing two men fighting over a “reserved” parking spot is going viral. The undated video shows a person hoarding a spot in a parking lot, reportedly for his friend. When someone else arrives to claim this empty spot, the man standing there refuses to move. The two men then start to argue. The whole verbal fight is recorded by the onlookers.

At one point, the person saving the spot for his friend dares the car driver to hit him and says, “Do whatever you want to do. Just dare to hit me and then you see the difference.”

In response, the driver says, “This is a car parking slot and not a human parking lot. You can’t do this,” much to the amusement of the onlookers who laugh at the remark.

By the end of the video, another woman joins the argument and tells the man that he can’t reserve a parking lot for someone else by standing there. Interestingly, this video was taken in Canada, and both the men looked like they were from the Indian subcontinent.

Now this video is going viral, with many poking fun at the strange situation. An X user commented on the man trying to block the parking spot and said, “Oh, God! At least he didn’t put his gamcha or a brick to reserve his spot, yet! That could be the next step.”

Another person remarked, “There is no right or wrong. It is impossible to find parking in tourist spots especially during weekends and holidays, so I can relate to the guy standing and holding the spot. At the same time, I can understand the frustration of the second guy who was asking him to move as he was already there.”

An X user responded to some racist remarks about Indians and wrote, “Every friend irrespective of country and language will do this. How this behaviour is related to Indians? Bashing Indians has become a habit of many without solid reason.”

Since the video ended abruptly it is unclear how the situation was resolved or diffused. However, despite the intense verbal argument, the situation did not escalate to physical violence.
