In an earlier incident at Bengaluru Airport, an Indigo passenger found himself stranded without his bag containing valuables worth Rs 80,000, crucial documents and ID cards. The 60-year-old traveller had flown to Bengaluru for work and was returning to Delhi when he realised his mistake. Reports indicate that he had two bags but inadvertently left one at the security check. Upon boarding, he noticed the missing bag and promptly alerted airport authorities. His daughter then contacted the Lost and Found department at Bengaluru Airport and filed a complaint regarding the misplaced belongings.

After reviewing security footage, airport officials located the misplaced bag; however, initially, the cash inside was missing. When the passenger’s daughter complained about the lost money, it was later discovered deep inside the bag. In the following days, a family friend visited Bengaluru Airport and successfully retrieved the bag, ensuring all belongings, including the cash, were safely returned.
