Having lost their opening game, Zimbabwe Under-19 are desperate to bounce back in the ICC Men’s U-19 World Cup. Both Zimbabwe-U19 and Namibia-U19 share the last spot in their group with both sides yet to win a game in the tournament so far. Namibia-U19 has been a solid threat as a bowling unit. They managed to remain resilient against Australia-U19. Having to defend just 91 runs, Namibia-U19 managed to take the game against the young Aussies and get six wickets despite losing the game. Zimbabwe-U19 have been worse off in the tournament with nothing much to show for in the tournament. During their opening fixture against Sri Lanka U-19, their batting failed to get the job done in the rain-affected fixture. In their next game against Australia-U19, they were thrashed by the young Aussie batting unit and then dominated by the bowling attack after being bundled out for just 71 runs.
