The online application process for FMGE December 2020 session started today and it will continue till October 28.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has put out a notification informing that the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) for December 2020 session will be conducted on December 4. The result for NBE FMGE 2020 will be declared by December 20.

Candidates should make sure that the details they are entering are correct. In case they need to refer to some documents to confirm the details, they should do so. Providing incorrect information may lead to cancellation of FMGE candidature in the extreme case.

NBE FMGE edit window for registered candidates will open on October 31 and close on November 2. Final edit window to re-upload photo, signature and thumb impression for NBE FMGE December 2020 will be opened from November 17 to November 19. FMGE admit cards will be issued on November 27.

The total examination fee for FMGE is Rs 6,490, including 18 per cent GST. The FMGE application fee 2020 can be submitted online using credit or debit card. Candidates cannot withdraw FMGE application form after submitting it. The FMGE exam fee will also not be refunded under any circumstances.

Those applying for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) should note that they should possess a primary medical qualification, which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned. The result of the qualifying exam should have been declared by November 30. Besides, candidates will have to submit documentary evidence showing that the result of the final examination for such a primary medical qualification was declared on or before November 30.

FMGE screening test is conducted for Indian citizens or Overseas citizens of India who possess a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institute outside of the country. These candidates should be willing to get provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
