How to Attach a Camera to a Bicycle Handlebar
If you enjoy cycling, you can record your view from the saddle for prosperity with a handlebar mounted camera. A camera mounted this way can record the action as you over take others in a race, the scenery as you pedal through scenic surroundings or even just record other road users much like a car's dashcam. Read on from step number one below to attach a camera to bicycle handlebars for still shots or video.
Steps

Place a hose clamp around the bike's handlebar with the screw fastener placed away from where your will have to rest your fingers.

Mark the vertical top point with a permanent marker.

Remove the clamp and drill a ⁄4 inch (0.6 cm) hole at the vertical top point.Smooth all rough edges.

Cut a section of old inner tube to fit under the clamp. Slide the ⁄4 inch (0.6 cm) screw through the hole you drilled and secure it with one of the lock washers and a wing nut.

Place the assembly on your handlebar, positioning it vertically with the inner tube underneath. Snug the hose clamp down over the inner tube section.

Place the other wing nut and lock washer on the screw upside own. Twirl it down a quarter inch to accommodate your camera's screw mount.

Put your camera on and twirl up the top wing nut to secure.
