"(I want to send) message of good wishes," Sharif told PTI when asked if he had any message to Modi who landed in New York a few hours ago.

United Nations: Hours after raising the issue of Kashmir in his address to the UN General Assembly, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday sent message of good wishes to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.

"(I want to send) message of good wishes," Sharif told PTI when asked if he had any message to Modi who landed in New York a few hours ago.

Emerging out of a meeting at UN after meeting US Vice President Joe Biden, Sharif, however, did not respond to questions if he would like to meet Modi in New York. Sharif will leave for Pakistan later on Saturday.
