Gaya: An assistant sub-inspector and two guards were killed and another policeman injured in a midnight attack by Naxals on a police outpost in Bihar's Gaya district.
Armed Naxals attacked Tankuppa police outpost, about 40 km from the district headquarters and looted some firearms and ammunition.
While the ASI has been identified as Upendra Narayan Sinha, the names of the guards have yet to be ascertained.
Another ASI, who was wounded in the attack, has been shifted to Gaya in a serious condition.
Gaya Superintendent of Police Amit Jain has rushed to the spot with reinforcements and raids were on.
