New Delhi: Anti-virus software pioneer John McAfee has launched a free private messaging app Chadder that allows anyone to send private encrypted messages. Chadder is claimed to keep your information safe by using key server encryption.

When you send a message, all Chadder can see is the encrypted text. No one has the key to unlock your message except the person receiving the text, making your communication private.

The app is available for download on Google Play and Windows Phone Store. The iOS version is currently being tested and will be available on in the following weeks, says the company.

The app has been produced by Future Tense Secure Systems (FTC), a company founded by McAfee, in partnership with Etransfr.
