Chandigarh: The striking medical students and junior doctors protesting the Centre's OBC quota decision in Chandigarh held a rally on Saturday.
It was joined by students of other institutions, IT professionals, Chartered Accountants and traders.
"The doctors from Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana and PGI Rohtak have also joined us. We have decided to continue our fight against the proposed reservation under the banner of PGIMER, North India Chapter," Dr Anand, senior resident at the hospital said.
He added that they have decided to call for a bandh in Chandigarh on May 30.
