HYDERABAD: The special court for CBI cases on Wednesday extended the judicial remand of Gali Janardhan Reddy, B V Srinivasa Reddy and VD Rajagopal, accused in the Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) illegal iron ore mining case, till April 13.Janardhan Reddy, who is at present lodged in a prison in Bengaluru, was ‘produced’ before the special court at Nampally through video conferencing. The court posted hearing on the plea for handing over the helicopters and vehicles seized by the CBI during its searches on the residence of Gali to April 10.The special court also posted hearing on the CBI’s plea for issuing a Prisoner Transit warrant against OMC case accused Mehfuz Ali Khan to April 10. Vijay Sai Bail PleaThe bail petition of V Vijay Sai Reddy, arrested in Jagan’s illegal assets case, has been posted to April 9. The special court for CBI cases is hearing the bail petition filed by Vijay Sai Reddy for the second time after the CBI filed its chargesheet in the case recently.
