The State Government has posted M Muthukumar, Project Director, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Ganjam, as Collector (DM), Malkangiri. He was posted in Friday’s reshuffle as Collector, Nuapada. The posting of Bishnu Prasad Sahu, Additional Secretary in the Home Department, as Collector of Malkangiri has been cancelled.
