The accused had allegedly kidnapped the girl near her house and taken her to an isolated park and raped her.
Mumbai: A man allegedly raped a four-year-old girl on Sunday evening in Mumbai's Oshiwara. The girl is in a serious condition and has been admitted to Cooper Hospital while the accused has been arrested.
A case has been registered under Indian Penal Code Sections 376 (rape), 363( kidnapping) and also under the Juvenile Protection Act 4, 8 and 12.
The accused had allegedly kidnapped the girl near her house in Tukaram Omble Park and taken her to an isolated park and raped her.
