Moole is KAT Judicial Member

BANGALORE: Lokayukta Registrar Moosa Kunhi Nayar Moole has been promoted as Judicial Member of Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) by  President Prathibha Patil. Justice Moosa Kunhi is the first judge to become the Judicial Member of KAT promoted from a district judge rank. Now he will be having the equivalent rank of a High Court Judge. Normally, the President would select High Court Judges for this prestigious post.He hails from Dakshina Kannada district and passed out from Udupi Law College by attaining 6th rank. He became a District Judge in 2000 in Bangalore.
