Talented actor Shravanth moves to Tamil cinema with the film 'Nallathane Poittirukku'. The film was launched in the middle of July and it‘s first schedule is completed.
Another hero appearing as hero in Tamil film is a good sign. Back home Shravanth is expecting good results for his first solo film 'Naavika'. He is in the lead for the first half and the second half is dominated by Manish.
An MBA graduate from Mangalore, Shravanth was traced by Chennagangappa, former bureaucrat of government of Karnataka. He was given one month training at Abhinaya Tharanga of AS Murthy and soon inducted for 'Chickmagalura Chikkamallige'. The film did not do well but Shravanth got two opportunities, 'Police story-3' and 'Obbavva'. In 'Obbavva' he played a villain.
"'Naavika' is a hero oriented film with good screenplay and is directed by Sen Prakash" says Shravanth. "The story narration of Rangaswamy bilingual is such that the film 'Naavika' will be lapped up by the masses" he adds.
"The film has good mixture of box office ingredients" he says. As a cop Shravanth uphold the good deeds. "My role is not connected to second half hero Manish" says Shravanth.
The film 'Naavika' is expected to hit the silver screen in September. Swathi is his counterpart. Despite of good traces of fortune Shravanth continues his job of anchor in Udaya TV, which he is a part of from 6 years.
