PUDUCHERRY: On the eve of Chief Minister N Rangasamy’s birthday, Local Administration Minister N G Paneerselvam inaugurated a sapling plantation programme at the Bharathi Park on Wednesday.He also inaugurated a blood donation camp at Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital. Tourism minister P Rajavelu along with party MLAs pulled a golden chariot at Manakula Vinayagar temple in the name of the Chief Minister.Almost the entire region has been dotted with banners and posters wishing the Chief Minster.
