HYDERABAD: Two members of ‘Kali gang’ were arrested by police for allegedly hatching a plan to eliminate a family with whom they had a property dispute, on Tuesday. Police said that the two accused, Mirza Mohammad Abdullah Baig and Mohammed Shareef, were arrested.A country-made pistol that has been procured by the two for allegedly conspiring to eliminate Mirza’s house owner Mohammadi Shaheen in Tolichowki and her brother Riyaz has been recovered.According to police, Mirza has been in a dispute with Shaheen as she has been insisting him to vacate. Six months ago, Shaheen left her house fearing for her life as she was repeatedly threatened by Mirza. Knowing about the issue, Shaheen’s brother Riyaz attempted to kill Mirza, who bore grudge against Riyaz and Shaheen.“Mirza and Shareef decided to get a country-made pistol to kill Riyaz,” ACP K Raghuram Reddy said.
