KOCHI: The state government and the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation will announce time bound measures to be adopted to resolve the waste treatment problem at the sub-committee meeting being held on May 3 in Thiruvananthapuram, said mediation committee of the Kerala High Court. The mediation proceedings were therefore adjourned to May 31.
