Bengaluru: A techie was tied to an electric pole and roughed up by a mob in Bengaluru after he allegedly stalked a 25-year-old woman and passed lewd remarks at her.
Police sources said, the accused is a married man and has two children. There are allegations that he repeatedly used to stalk and pass objectionable comments to young women.
On Saturday, the victim along with her husband objected to his remark and alerted the local people.
Soon, a group of men gathered and assaulted the 'accused' techie. He was tied to an electric pole and beaten up for his alleged objectionable act.
Both parties have filed a police case against each other in a local police station.
