In 2013, Narendra Nagar of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Sanjay Gurjar of INC by a margin of 30,956 votes which was 19.15% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.75% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Anil Kumar of BJP won this seat beating Meenakshee Chandrawat of INC by a margin of 4,955 votes which was 3.79% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 48.75% in the seat.
