Following this maximum fruits can be included during breakfast as they contain essential nutrients, which keep one’s body full of energy and play a crucial role in detoxification. In addition to fruits, one can add oats to the breakfast as it is easy to digest and benefits the body as well.
Apart from this, one should consider drinking plenty of water throughout the day to maintain hydration in the body. Drinking an adequate amount of water also helps in flushing out the toxins from the body in a better and easier way. To make the drinking water more beneficial, one can also add lemon to it.
Kamini Sinha has also suggested having green vegetables, light pulses, and roti for lunch, followed by a light breakfast. One should consider having green vegetables two to three times a day after lunch as well. Additionally, including green tea in the diet can help better detoxify the body.
