State Bank of India (SBI) will conclude the online registration process for the recruitment of Apprentice posts today. Candidates can submit their application forms by visiting the careers portal at sbi.co.in till 11:59 pm. Through this recruitment drive, the State Bank of India will fill up a total of 6,160 vacancies.
Candidates who are selected will go through a full one-year training programme and will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 during that time. This programme will provide applicants with the skills and information they need to pursue a successful career in banking.
SBI APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2023: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants who have a bachelor’s degree from an authorised university/college are eligible to apply for the Apprentice post. The minimum age requirement is 20 years while the maximum age limit is 28 years, as of August 1, 2023. The aspirant must have cleared the aptitude test administered by the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

Step 1: Visit SBI’s careers portal at sbi.co.in.
Step 2: Search and click on the recruitment section.
Step 3: Then look for the link that reads – “SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023” and click on it.
Step 4: First register yourself with the correct login details.
Step 5: Fill out the application form and pay the mandatory fee.
Step 6: Crosscheck the details and submit the form. Also, save and download the acknowledgment form.
SBI APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2023: APPLICATION FEES
The registration fee for the general, OBC, and EWS category candidates is Rs 300. Those from the SC, ST, and PwBD categories do not have to pay any application fees.
SBI APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2023: SELECTION PROCESS
The SBI apprentice selection procedure consists of an online written test followed by a local language test. The written exam will be held in October, and November 2023. The recruitment test will comprise 100 questions for 100 marks. In addition, the exam duration will be 60 minutes (1 hour).
The online written test will be divided into four sections including a general or financial awareness section, a general English section, a quantitative aptitude section, a reasoning ability, and a computer aptitude section. The SBI recruiting examination will also include an assessment of the candidate’s proficiency in the local language.
