BJP National Convention Day-2: Shah said that all the dynasty parties in the INDI alliance are corrupt and arrogant

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi finished politics of corruption and casteism in the nation. Hitting out at the Congress and INDIA bloc, he said that unlike them, PM Modi gave Dalit, tribals and backward classes the true dues.

Addressing the second day of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s National Council Meet, Shah said took a strong swipe at the INDI Alliance and said that their politics is that of corruption and dynasty.

The senior BJP leader said that the INDI Alliance is the alliance of seven dynasty parties. “Those who can’t foster democracy inside their party cannot protect democracy in India. Under Rahul Gandhi, there is a dynastic alliance,” Shah said.

BJP DESH KI AASHA, VIPAKSH KI HATASHA

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday proposed a second political resolution, namely “BJP Desh ki Aasha, Vipaksh Ki Hatasha“.

The resolution, presented by Shah, was seconded by Union Minister Arjun Munda.

The BJP, in its seven-page resolution, alleged that the Congress is that mother of instability; Congress is synonymous with bitterness, cunningness and it is anti-poor; Congress is filled with corruption, among other things.

The political proposal also notes the irresponsible politics done by the Congress and that of violence and anarchy by the INDI Alliance. The resolution said that such kind of political working will only ensure Congress’ downfall.

“Congress and most of its allies included in the INDIA bloc have been united in the politics of anarchy and violence in the country. Recently, shocking incidents have come to light in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal. The TMC has been continuously trying to suppress the voice of the public by targeting BJP workers in West Bengal. There have been many incidents of murder and violence against BJP workers by the CPI, CPM and their allies in Kerala, the resolution read.

75 YEARS, 22 LS POLLS & 22 GOVERNMENTS

Home Minister Amit Shah noted that in the 75 years of Independent India, there have been 17 Lok Sabha elections, 22 governments and 15 prime ministers.

“Every government in the country has tried to bring development as per its own time,” he said, adding that today he can undoubtedly said that the work towards the overall development of each and every sector and individual has been done “only in the ten years of Narendra Modi’s” government.

MODI’S INDIA

He said that the pride of the nation goes on a global scale. “When people from India go anywhere in the world, the people there say that you have come from Modi’s India,” Shah highlighted.

He said the PM Modi has done the work of “creating this identity” of the nation in the world.

Shah said that the prime minister “not only has the courage to create a great India but also the will to make collective efforts to convert that dream into reality,” adding that, PM Modi “has set a target before the entire nation that India will be a fully developed and self-reliant” nation in 2047.

ATTACK ON CONGRESS & INDIA BLOC

The Home Minister took a swipe at the Congress and the INDI Alliance, saying that they tried to use Dalits, Adivasis and the backward classes as their votes banks, however, these communities were given due credit by the BJP government for the first time.

He said this while noting the “paradigm shift” in India’s landscape in ten years.

Shah took a dig at the INDIA bloc and said that the alliance and the Congress party, both are “corrupt and dynastic”.

“There are two sides in the alliance. One is NDA, the other side is all dynasty parties in INDI alliance, which are corrupt and arrogant,” the BJP leader said.

The alliance is 7 dynasty parties is INDI Alliance, Shah said, adding that “those who can’t foster democracy inside their party cannot protect democracy in India”. “Under Rahul, there is a dynastic alliance,” he added.

NATION FREED FROM ‘CORRUPTION, CASTEISM…’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has freed the nation from corruption, appeasement, casteism, dynasticism, among others, said Shah.

He said the prime minister established the “Politics of Performance”.

“Modi ji is slowly freeing us from the colonial mindset by removing the national symbols affiliated with British rule. This should have been done immediately after independence, yet the Congress never bothered to do it,” he said while hitting out at the grand-old party.

CONGRESS IS GENESIS OF CORRUPTION IN INDIA

Home Minister Amit Shah, once again, strongly criticised the grand-old Congress party. “Alliances are formed when there is similarity in thoughts, conduct, and ideals. I can assert that Congress is the genesis of corruption in India,” he said.

He highlighted the “numerous scandals” that took place during the 10 years of UPA government, including the “Commonwealth scam, 2G scam, INX media scam, and the ‘Land-for-job’ scam”.

He said that the party neither spared the “land, sea, nor oceans… wherever there was a possibility, they engaged in corruption”.

Directly addressing the people of the nation, Shah said, “you should look at the accounts of Congress’ Parliament for the last five years and see that they have done nothing except creating noise and boycotting the Parliament”.

JIBE AT CONGRESS OVER RAM MANDIR CONSECRATION

“Today, I want to warn the Congress from here that by rejecting the invitation for the consecration of Ram Lalla, you have not only shied away from being a part of this historic moment, but you have also distance yourself from the process of making the country, great,” Amit Shah said.

He said that the Congress’ distance from the Ram Mandir ‘pran pratishtha‘ ceremony is being seen and remembered by the “people of country”.

‘FLAME OF A LAMP WHICH BURNS ITSELF TO DISPEL DARKNESS’

Highlighting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s work towards the people of all castes, tribes and gender, the Home Minister said, “By including these four classes – poor, youth, women and farmers, Modi ji has clearly taken the spirit of the Constitution to the grassroots level.”

“Modi ji is like the flame of a lamp, which burns itself to dispel the darkness,” Shah said.

He also pointed that the President of this country comes from a tribal family, the Vice President is the son of a farmer.

He emphasised on the saffron party’s internal democracy and said, “A person doing booth work in BJP can become the President of the country and can also become the Prime Minister.”

He said that this facility is only available in the BJP.

Shah said that in the 10 years of PM Modi-led government, the nation is “moving forward with the dream of a developed India”.
