Samsung Galaxy High-End Phones Face Green Line Display Issue: Here’s What The Company Is Doing
Samsung users have been facing the dreaded green line display issue for a while and more phones from the company needs a free replacement.

Samsung has been facing complaints about the green line display issue with its premium Galaxy S-series phones which required a free screen replacement. And now, the company has been riddled with the same issue on the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 models as well. So, the best way to fix the problem is to extend the free screen change for the out-of-warranty devices, including these new Galaxy S-series phones. There is no clear reason as to why these green lines appear on the display but we have seen brands like OnePlus and Samsung come out and take charge of the issue and keep its customers happy.

Samsung Free Screen Replacement For Galaxy S21 and S22 Phones

Samsung has extended the support for people with these phones and in India, the offer is available but with a deadline, as per the latest details.

So, if you have any of the Galaxy S21 series or the S22 series phones and facing the green line issue on the phone’s display, the company is giving you the time till April 30, which is close to a week, to avail the free screen replacement offer that has been extended to these models.

It is good to see Samsung act on the issue but the deadline could be a hard sell for many users who might now find it hard to get an appointment, especially if thousands of people using these phones are in line for the replacement.

Hopefully, Samsung ensures that enough units of the new screen are available, or else, people will have to pay well over Rs 12,000 to get a new screen for no fault of their own because of the green line display issue. The company is also staying true to its promise of giving longer OS updates which means devices like the Galaxy S22 with a new display can easily be your reliable machine for a few more years.
