TV actor Devoleena Bhattacharjee is all set to embrace a new phase of life. She is expecting her first child with her husband Shanawaz Shaikh. Ahead of the baby’s arrival, the actress is dropping some major maternity fashion goals, going all in. With the season of festivals underway, Devoleena’s latest Instagram post exudes sheer elegance and radiance, especially during the Karwa Chauth festivities over the weekend.
The Saath Nibhana Saathiya star shared a carousel of pictures of herself in a traditional ensemble. Devoleena opted for a vibrant pink kurta set, which is a mix of comfort and glam. To complete her look, she chose statement earrings and kept her makeup and hair simple while posing against her balcony glass.
Fans couldn’t help but shower love on Devoleena and adore her pregnancy glow. One wrote, “That glow,” while another commented, “Beautiful mom to be.”
Recently, the actress also shared pictures from her baby shower celebration with family and friends. In the pictures, the Bigg Boss fame donned a cute baby pink saree, teamed with a matching blouse and minimal jewellery. She was accompanied by her husband, who was seen twinning with Devoleena. “Growing a little human comes with big dreams and a whole lot of love!” she wrote in the caption.
For those unaware, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shanawaz Shaikh got married in December 2022 in an intimate ceremony. Earlier this year, rumours about the actress’s pregnancy started making rounds on the internet, prompting Devoleena to ask fans to respect her privacy.
Later in August, Devoleena and Shanawaz, in a joint post, confirmed the rumours with pictures from a traditional ceremony. “Celebrating the divine journey to motherhood with the sacred Panchamrit ritual, where tradition and love blend to bless the mother and her unborn child with health, prosperity, and joy during this beautiful chapter of life,” the post read.
The pictures showed the couple seated on the couch with a baby onesie with the message, “You can stop asking now.” Devoleena’s baby bump was quite visible in the pictures. The actress is known for her role in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. She was also a part of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 15.
