Gujarat Man Boards Vande Bharat Express to Drop Wife, Gets Locked in 'Night Dress'
Vadodara man locks himself in Vande Bharat Express, his daughter shares his 'premium journey' ordeal in viral post.

Dropping off family members and relatives at railway stations is a familiar experience for many of us. But imagine this scenario: a man sets off to assist someone boarding a train, only to find himself locked inside the moving train! This amusing incident recently happened to a man from Gujarat. He had hopped onto the Vande Bharat Express to help his wife with her bags, only to be trapped inside when the automated doors closed before he could exit.

Sharing this hilarious mishap, a woman with the username @imkosha recounted her parents’ experience on an early morning train from Vadodara to Mumbai. Kosha detailed her mother’s trip to Mumbai, armed with two hefty bags. “Naturally once my mom got ready, dad woke up & took the car out to drop her off on the station. When the train arrived, like every other Indian man, he took the luggage & settled it well near the seats so that mom can sit comfortably,” she recounted.

“So now both my mom & dad are travelling in Vande Bharat for the first time — my mom till Mumbai & my dad till the next station which is Surat, looking for a return ticket to Vadodara in a night dress, with our car parked somewhere near Vadodara railway station,,” chuckled the OP, punctuating her tale with laughing emojis.

A snapshot shared by Kosha revealed her parents on the train, with her father humorously captioning in Gujarati, “Experiencing both Vande Bharat and Shatabdi in a single day” labelling it a ‘premium journey’.

The post quickly gained traction, drawing laughter from netizens. “Being 50yr+ and still has adventures in life is what I want!!” remarked one user, while another quipped, “Your dad must have been looking forward to his bachelor life and he got this.”
