Woman Stuck At Doha Airport Travels Business Class After Meeting Qatar Airline CEO
The woman had an unexpected interaction with Qatar Airways CEO Badr Mohammed Al Meer. Result? A confirmed business class ticket to Chicago.

Ever wondered what they mean by ‘in the right place, at the right time’? We have a live example of this. It happened to a woman who was stuck at Doha Airport with a standby ticket to Chicago, United States. Things took a turn for the good after she had an unexpected interaction with Qatar Airways CEO Badr Mohammed Al Meer. Result? A confirmed business class ticket to Chicago.

American entrepreneur Paul-Bernard Jaroslawsk recently shared the incredible experience of his younger sister on the microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter). Paul revealed that his sister wasn’t able to get a single seat to travel from Doha but ended up travelling on a business-class flight due to her luck.

In his post, Paul explained that his sister was flying from Doha to Chicago on a standby ticket. FYI: this ticket only allows a passenger to board the flight if seats are still available after all confirmed passengers have boarded.

Paul-Bernard Jaroslawsk wrote, “A man walked up to her and asked her why she was so sad. My sister told him everything about the situation, and he told her, ‘Go to the business lounge, and everything will be okay.’ It turns out he was the CEO of Qatar Airways, Badr Mohammed Al Meer, and he hooked her up with a business class seat to JFK. An employee at Qatar gave my sister her ticket and told her she was very lucky because he rarely walks around the airport like that.”

What do you have to say about it?

What's your reaction?
