Says resorted to this type of protest after his complaints against illegal liquor went unaddressed.
Vadodara: A man opened a country made liquor shop in his house as a protest against illegal liquor being sold in front of his house in a village in Vadodara.
Bhagu B, a resident of Koshindra Village of Sankheda taluka in the district hanged a banner on front of his house which says "this shop was inaugurated by a member of Vadodara district panchayat and one potli (country liquor) will be given free on buying of potli from this shop."
It further said the potli will be supplied to customers only after arrival of stocks from Gandhinagar.
Bhagu and his wife said that they resorted to this type of protest after their repeated complaints against the den of illegal liquor being run in front of their house fell on deaf ears.
