BANGALORE: Lack of evidence has forced the house committee - set up by Assembly Speaker K G Bopaiah to look into the unruly incidents in the Assembly on July 2010 - to find fault with anybody.
The committee in its report which was tabled in the Assembly on Tuesday said that it could not come to any decision on the complaints and counter complaints filed by Opposition and ruling party members against each other due to lack of evidence. Hence, the matter should be closed considering it as an untoward and forgettable incident, the committee said.Committee chairman Srikanath Kulkarni, MLA from Jamakhandi, tabled the

report.

Later, both sides filed complaints while accusing each other of threatening to murder.
