New Delhi: Alice, a 15-year-old girl suffering from terminal cancer, wanted to lead the trends on Twitter before she succumbed to the disease. As of Thursday she can strike that off her bucket list of things to do before she died.

With people from around the world rushing to respond to a dying teenager's wishlist, #AliceWishlist, #alicebucketlist have become top trends on worldwide. Alice Pyne is smiling, she has one of her wishes fulfilled.

Her blog and bucket list has gone viral on Twitter, and in the process, has become a trending topic. Many actors retweeted and urged people to make Alice's day, Twitter flooded, with wishes for a girl who wrote on her blog, "Hi, I'm 15 years old and live with my parents and sister in Ulverston. I've been fighting cancer for almost 4 years and now I know that the cancer is gaining on me and it doesn't look like I'm going to win this one :( I'm hoping to write in here as much as I can and I'm also going to show my bucket list which I'm trying to get done before I have to go. Hopefully, I'll update as I tick each one off the list :)" (sic)

Even after becoming a known name on Twitter, the 15-year-old still has many other things which are yet to be ticked off from her list. Some of the items on the list include her wish to swim with sharks, to make everyone sign up to be a bone marrow donor, to be a dolphin trainer, to have a back massage, to go whale watching and to stay in the chocolate room at Alton Towers.

Alice says, she's excited about crossing items off her bucket list, and hopes to take pictures and blog about her experiences. But most importantly, she's glad that her blog has helped raise awareness about bone marrow donation.

Alice suffers from Hodgkin's Lymphoma and may have only weeks to live. She writes, "there are so many things I still want to do in my life ... some are possible, some will remain a dream."

She adds her blog isn't meant for her to solicit help. She writes on her blog: "Oh dear and I thought that I was just doing a little blog for a few friends! Thank you so much for all your lovely messages to me. I don't sleep very well and I sat up all night reading them as they came in from all over the planet, every single one, and they have made me smile so much so that is a good thing." (sic)
