The footage shows the 22-year-old singer responding to his 'over enthusiastic' fan with a jab that makes contact with his face. As the car drives away, the man can is seen showing his bloodied lip.
This isn't the first time Bieber has done something this impulsive. Last month, he left the stage during a concert in Manchester, after complaining about “screaming" fans.
