New Delhi: Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has announced that it will offer extended warranty to all those affected by delays in getting their devices serviced at its centres.
As the company stormed into the Indian market and immediately caught up with the consumers, it indeed became difficult to create a seamless system to address grievances.
However, in a bid to ease the frustrated users, the company said that it will grant a 3-month extended warranty to all OnePlus One units that were or are in pending status with service related issues for longer than 15 working days, Mobiletor.com reports.
This extended warranty will also be granted to all those who buy the device in the future, and also applicable to those who purchased the device through the company’s global portal before it was made available in India.
